私たちは、「ICHIRIN（いちりん）」というジュエリーブランドです。

一輪の花を飾るように、ジュエリーを通して日常にアートや工芸を取り入れた、豊かな暮らしを実現することを目指しています。

「豊かさ」とは何でしょうか。

民藝運動の創始者である柳宗悦（やなぎ むねよし）は、生活道具として使われていた民藝品に新たな価値を見出し、“用の美”と称えました。職人の手仕事から生まれる民藝品には美しさがあり、日々の暮らしに潤いと癒しを与えてくれます。 

日々の暮らしを丁寧に生きる。

身近にちょっと良いものを置く。

それを愛でて幸せな気持ちになる。

それこそが豊かな暮らしに繋がると考えます。

この世界の美しいものを、日本の工芸の手仕事を用いて表現し、

ジュエリーをより身近なものにしていきたいと願っています。

各国ごとに、「美」には特徴があります。

日本には日本の「美」があります。

ICHIRINは、ジュエリーでそれを実現したい。

デザイナーにとって、これは壮大なプロジェクトであり、ジュエリーにおけるロングライフデザインです。

Introducing ICHIRIN – A New Jewelry Brand Inspired by Japanese Beauty

After beginning our journey in 2021 and traveling to Yamanashi（Japan） to explore traditional craftsmanship, five years have passed — and now, we are proud to present our jewelry brand: ICHIRIN.

At ICHIRIN, we aim to bring richness to everyday life through jewelry — much like the quiet beauty of placing a single flower in a vase.

In fact, the roots of Japanese ornamentation can be traced back to the act of wearing a single flower.
During ancient rituals, people would adorn their hair or headdresses with flowers and plants, known as kazashi.
This word later evolved into kazari, meaning “decoration.”

We dream of reviving this tradition — transforming the cultural essence of a single flower into jewelry that reflects both Japan’s rich heritage and its modern craftsmanship.
Jewelry that brings color, meaning, and joy into the everyday.

What does it mean to live a rich life?

Soetsu Yanagi, founder of the Mingei (folk craft) movement, found deep beauty in everyday handmade objects.
He called it “the beauty of use” — yo no bi.
These objects, born from the hands of skilled artisans, have a warmth that soothes and enriches daily life.

To live each day with care.
To keep small, beautiful things close.
To appreciate them — and feel joy from their presence.

We believe this is the essence of a rich, fulfilling life.

Every culture has its own sense of beauty.
Japan, too, has its own unique aesthetic.

At ICHIRIN, we strive to express that distinctly Japanese beauty through timeless jewelry.
This is not just a design project — it is a long-life vision rooted in values of tradition, simplicity, and craftsmanship.
